Privacy Policy

At BLE-Analyzer (an IT-Systems brand), our users' privacy is our priority. This policy details how we handle technical information in relation to our mobile application and this website.

1. Data Processing

BLE-Analyzer does not collect, store or transmit personal data to external servers. Bluetooth Low Energy device scanning is performed entirely locally on the user's device.

Scan results, nicknames, favorites and technical metadata are stored locally in your iPhone/iPad persistent storage and can only be accessed by you within the application.

2. Application Permissions

To work properly, the application requires access to Bluetooth (NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription and NSBluetoothPeripheralUsageDescription permissions). This permission is used exclusively to discover nearby BLE devices, read their RSSI signal, Manufacturer Data and, when connectable, their standard GATT services and characteristics.

The application also uses local notifications (UNUserNotificationCenter) for proximity alerts, which are generated entirely on the device without sending data to external servers.

3. Database Synchronization

The application periodically downloads public identification databases (Bluetooth SIG company identifiers, GATT services and HID appearance codes) from https://www.ble-analyzer.com/api/. These downloads are anonymous: no personal or device information is sent in the request.

4. Purchases and Transactions

In-app subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and purchases (Lifetime) are managed by Apple through their secure infrastructure (App Store). BLE-Analyzer has no access to your billing data, credit card or real identity associated with your Apple account.

5. User Rights

Since we do not store data in the cloud, you have full control over your information. To delete all technical data generated by the app, simply uninstall the application or delete the data from its internal settings.

6. Security

We implement the highest security standards in our app development to ensure the scanning engine does not expose vulnerabilities in the user's Bluetooth environment.
