Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the BLE-Analyzer mobile application provided by IT-Systems. By downloading or using the application, you accept these Terms.

1. License of Use

BLE-Analyzer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application on your personal devices following the rules established by the Apple App Store.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

BLE-Analyzer offers a Premium version through auto-renewable subscription:

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's account settings after purchase.

3. Limitation of Liability

BLE-Analyzer is a technical diagnostics tool. We are not responsible for damages that may arise from the interpretation of network data or technical failures in the analyzed infrastructure. The tool is provided "as is" without explicit warranties.

4. Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

Unless otherwise specified, the use of this application is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement:
